Standard Rates

  1. All Charges are in USD
  2. All rates are per person.
  3. Members of CHYK group are between the ages 18 and 30 (Born on or after 07/01/1993).
  4. All registrations are for full camp only. No partial registration available.
  5. Children born on or after July 2, 2019 are free (younger than 4 years). Children 3 or below are free. But need to provide details during registration.
  6. Children below the age of 4 are not allowed in any discourses. We may be able to organize a closed circuit TV outside the main hall so one can watch the event from outside.
  7. Registration Fees below only covers Camp Attendance (includes food and camp materials). You need to separately reserve and pay for your accommodation directly with the hotel, if you need overnight accommodation.
  8. If you need overnight accommodations, please book directly with the hotel as soon as possible. Rooms are on a first come first serve basis. Clarion Hotel is a part of our camp venue and offers double occupancy and king bed options. Hilton Suites is located 1/4 mile from the camp venue and their double and king rooms can accommodate four or more people. There will be free shuttle service to and from Hilton Suites and our camp venue.

Family Registration
(Bala Vihar children/CHYK)		 $950 for the first Adult and $900/each for each subsequent Adult from the same family

$150 for each Bala Vihar Child (Born before 07/01/2019 from the same family. At least one parent or grand parent must register for the child to attend the camp.)

Cancellations & Refunds

  1. All requests for cancellations and refund must be sent via email or by calling one of the contacts listed below.
  2. Full refund for cancellations up till April 30, 2023.
  3. May 1 - June 30, 2023 75% refund of Registration Fees paid for each adult, full refund for accompanying child.
  4. July 1, 2023 onward- no cancellation allowed; all payments including child registration will be forfeited.
  5. We will process your request for cancellations as soon as possible.
