• This is a residential camp. Everyone is expected to stay in the hotel. This applies to residents of greater San Diego area as well.
  • Maximum 5 persons, including children, are allowed per room. Only exception will be for 2 adults + 4 children.
  • Tax deductible portion of camp registration fee is $200.00 per each adult and CHYK. Please consult your tax advisor/preparer on whether you can claim it and how to claim it.
  • Children in Pre-K must be 4 by Saturday, September 1, 2018.
  • While there is no charge for children under 4, they must still be registered.
  • Registration fee includes lodging and boarding for the duration of the camp.
  • On Monday, July 30, 2018:
    • Check-in with Camp Welcome Team from 10:00 AM
    • Hotel Check-in is at 3:00 PM
    • Program starts at 5:00 PM
  • On Saturday, August 4, 2018:
    • Program ends at 9:00 AM
    • Brunch follows program end till 10:30 AM
    • Hotel check-out is at 11:00 AM
  • Parking is available at Town & Country Resort for $5.00/day.

Camp check-in

Please help the Svagatam (welcome) team have right number of sevak-s and hotel staff on Monday, July 30, 2018 to help you by providing us with approximate time you will be at the camp check-in station.
Please note, this is NOT your flight arrival time, but rather when you will be at the camp check-in station.
I/we will be at the camp check-in station at:
  • Please leave blank if you will not be at the camp check-in station between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM on Monday, July 30, 2018.
  • Check-in station will be closed from 4:30 PM to 6:15 PM for everyone to attend inaugural program. So, please choose 6:15 PM if you are going to arrive between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM.
  • If you arrive between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM, please keep your luggage in the hotel lobby and join everyone in the Atlas Ballroom.

Visit to Chinmaya Jyoti ashram

MSC 2018 Organizing committee is arranging a visit to Chinmaya Jyoti ashram in San Diego on Thursday, August 2, 2018. The vehicles will leave at 1:15 PM and return at 3:30 PM. The cost of the round-trip shuttle ride is $30.00 per person. Children under four years of age can be in the lap of an adult for free of charge. Please note the cost to Chinmaya Jyoti visit is non-refundable.
